This page explains how to delete the data associated with AppSwipe. It works even if you have already uninstalled the app.
The short version: we store nothing on servers
AppSwipe has no accounts, no sign-in, and no servers. Your installed app list, settings, and cleanup statistics are stored only on your device. We never receive or store any of your personal data — so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
How to delete all AppSwipe data
- Open your device's Settings → Apps → AppSwipe.
- Tap Uninstall (or long-press the AppSwipe icon and choose Uninstall).
- Confirm when prompted.
Uninstalling permanently removes all AppSwipe data from your device: your preferences, language choice, uninstall counters, review history, and Pro purchase flag. There is no copy anywhere else.
To clear data without uninstalling, use Settings → Apps → AppSwipe → Storage → Clear data.
What is deleted vs. what may be kept
| Data | What happens | Retention |
|---|---|---|
| App data on your device (settings, counters, review history) | Permanently deleted when you uninstall or clear data | None — removed immediately |
| Your installed app list | Was only ever read on-device; never uploaded, so nothing to delete on servers | Not applicable |
| Advertising identifiers (Google AdMob) | Held by Google, not us. Reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads, and manage ad data via Google My Ad Center | Per Google's privacy policy |
| Purchase records (AppSwipe Pro) | Google Play keeps purchase and billing records under its own policies. We hold no copy | Per Google Play's policy |
