We operate the CleanFotos mobile application ("the App"), which helps you find and delete similar or duplicate photos on your device. We are the data controller under GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679).
CleanFotos runs almost entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to us or anyone else — all analysis happens locally on your phone. We have no servers, no accounts, and we never see your pictures. The only data that leaves your device is what Google's advertising service and the app store's billing service need to show ads and process the optional Pro purchase.

Deleting photos: when you choose to delete, the deletion is performed by your phone's operating system. Deleted photos typically move to your device's "Recently Deleted" / "Trash" album and can be restored there for about 30 days. CleanFotos does not keep copies.

Because we operate no servers and hold no accounts for CleanFotos, we have no retention period to set for your data — removing the app takes everything we could have reached with it. See Delete my data.
The free version of CleanFotos shows ads through Google AdMob. To do this, Google may collect and process device and advertising identifiers and ad-interaction data, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. In the EU/EEA and UK, we show a consent prompt so you can choose between personalized and non-personalized ads. You can remove ads entirely with the one-time CleanFotos Pro purchase.
Pro purchase is handled by Google Play Billing on Android and by the Apple App Store on iOS. We never see or store your payment-card details. Notifications (the optional monthly cleanup reminder) are scheduled locally on your device — no push servers and no data are involved. You can turn them off in Settings or in your device's notification settings.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your photos with anyone.
Because we hold no personal data on our own servers, most requests are satisfied by uninstalling or deleting the app (which removes all local data) or by adjusting your Google ad settings — see Delete my data. Contact us at privacy@crocodata.net; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your national authority (e.g. Germany — BfDI; Poland — UODO).
CleanFotos is published on Google Play and the Apple App Store. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we show a Google-certified consent message before any ad request, and you can change that choice at any time in the app's privacy options. Buying CleanFotos Pro removes ads entirely.
CleanFotos is available worldwide and your rights depend on where you live. Californian residents: passing advertising identifiers to Google AdMob for personalised advertising may count as a "sale" or "share" under the CCPA/CPRA even though we receive no money. You may opt out in the app's privacy options, by deleting your advertising ID (Android Settings → Google → Ads) or declining Apple's tracking prompt on iOS, or by emailing us with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share". Residents of other US states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Brazil, Canada, Australia, South Korea, India and elsewhere have equivalent or additional rights. CleanFotos is not directed at children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data.

Löschen von Fotos: Das Löschen wird vom Betriebssystem Ihres Geräts ausgeführt. Gelöschte Fotos landen in der Regel im Ordner „Zuletzt gelöscht" und können dort ca. 30 Tage wiederhergestellt werden. CleanFotos speichert keine Kopien.
Die kostenlose Version zeigt Werbung über Google AdMob. Dabei kann Google Geräte- und Werbe-IDs sowie Interaktionsdaten gemäß der Google-Datenschutzerklärung verarbeiten. In der EU/im EWR und UK zeigen wir einen Einwilligungsdialog. Mit dem einmaligen Kauf CleanFotos Pro entfernen Sie die Werbung vollständig.
Der Pro-Kauf wird über Google Play Billing abgewickelt; wir sehen keine Kartendaten. Benachrichtigungen (die optionale monatliche Erinnerung) werden lokal auf dem Gerät geplant — ohne Server und ohne Datenübertragung. Sie können sie in den Einstellungen deaktivieren.

Prowadzimy aplikację CleanFotos, która pomaga znajdować i usuwać podobne lub zduplikowane zdjęcia na Twoim urządzeniu. Jesteśmy administratorem danych w rozumieniu RODO (Rozporządzenie UE 2016/679).
CleanFotos działa niemal w całości na Twoim urządzeniu. Twoje zdjęcia nigdy nie są przesyłane do nas ani do osób trzecich — cała analiza odbywa się lokalnie. Nie mamy serwerów ani kont i nigdy nie widzimy Twoich zdjęć. Urządzenie opuszczają jedynie dane potrzebne usługom reklamowym i płatniczym Google.

Usuwanie zdjęć: usuwanie wykonuje system operacyjny urządzenia. Usunięte zdjęcia trafiają zwykle do folderu „Ostatnio usunięte" i można je tam przywrócić przez ok. 30 dni. CleanFotos nie przechowuje kopii.
Bezpłatna wersja wyświetla reklamy przez Google AdMob. Google może przetwarzać identyfikatory urządzenia i reklamowe oraz dane interakcji zgodnie z Polityką prywatności Google. W UE/EOG i UK pokazujemy okno zgody. Jednorazowy zakup CleanFotos Pro całkowicie usuwa reklamy.
Zakup Pro obsługuje Google Play Billing; nie widzimy danych karty. Powiadomienia (opcjonalne miesięczne przypomnienie) są planowane lokalnie — bez serwerów i bez przesyłania danych. Możesz je wyłączyć w ustawieniach.

Nous exploitons l'application CleanFotos, qui vous aide à trouver et supprimer les photos similaires ou en double sur votre appareil. Nous sommes le responsable du traitement au sens du RGPD (Règlement UE 2016/679).
CleanFotos fonctionne presque entièrement sur votre appareil. Vos photos ne sont jamais envoyées à nous ni à des tiers — toute l'analyse est locale. Nous n'avons ni serveurs ni comptes et ne voyons jamais vos images. Seules les données nécessaires aux services publicitaires et de paiement de Google quittent l'appareil.

Suppression des photos : la suppression est effectuée par le système d'exploitation de votre appareil. Les photos supprimées vont généralement dans « Supprimées récemment » et peuvent y être restaurées pendant ~30 jours. CleanFotos ne conserve aucune copie.
La version gratuite affiche des publicités via Google AdMob. Google peut traiter des identifiants d'appareil et publicitaires conformément à la Politique de confidentialité de Google. Dans l'UE/EEE et au Royaume-Uni, nous affichons une fenêtre de consentement. L'achat unique CleanFotos Pro supprime entièrement les publicités.
L'achat Pro est géré par Google Play Billing ; nous ne voyons jamais vos données de carte. Les notifications (rappel mensuel optionnel) sont programmées localement — sans serveur ni transfert de données. Vous pouvez les désactiver dans les Paramètres.
