1. Agreement
These Terms are a contract between you and CROCODATA sp. z o.o. ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using AppSwipe you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement. Google Play's own terms also apply to your download and any purchase.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use AppSwipe on Android devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. We keep all other rights. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, rent, resell or redistribute the app or its assets, except where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
3. What the app does
AppSwipe reads the list of applications installed on your device and presents them one at a time, oldest first, so you can decide what to keep. Everything happens on your device. Your app list is never uploaded to us or anyone else, and we have no servers holding it.
4. Uninstalling apps — read this
AppSwipe never uninstalls anything by itself. When you swipe to uninstall, Android's own system dialog appears and you must confirm it there. The operating system performs the removal.
Uninstalling an app can delete its data. Some apps store data only on your device; removing them may lose game progress, notes, offline media, downloaded files or two-factor authentication seeds. Back up anything you care about — especially authenticator apps — before a cleanup session. You are responsible for what you choose to uninstall. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data lost through apps you remove. Nothing here limits liability we cannot lawfully exclude — see section 9.
Some system and pre-installed apps cannot be uninstalled, or can only be disabled. That restriction comes from Android and your device manufacturer, not from us.
5. AppSwipe Pro (in-app purchase)
AppSwipe Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes advertising. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
Google is the merchant of record for this purchase. The exact price, including tax, is shown on Google Play's purchase sheet before you confirm; that price prevails over any figure quoted elsewhere. Purchases restore on devices signed in to the same Google account via Settings → Restore purchases.
Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google under its published policy — request one at play.google.com. Your statutory rights are unaffected, and we will help where we can.
EU/EEA right of withdrawal. As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content. Because the Pro unlock takes effect immediately, by confirming the purchase you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once we have fully performed (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; art. 38 pkt 13 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). This does not affect your rights if the app is faulty or not as described.
6. Advertising
The free version shows banner, interstitial and native ads served by Google AdMob. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we show a Google-certified consent message before any ad request; you can change or withdraw your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options. 7. Acceptable use
- Use the app only on devices you own or control.
- Do not attempt to bypass the Pro unlock, tamper with purchase validation, or interfere with advertising.
- Do not use the app to remove software from a device belonging to someone else without their knowledge, or for any other unlawful purpose.
We may end your licence if you breach these terms.
8. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 if you are in the EEA (or the lower age between 13 and 16 set by your Member State), at least 13 elsewhere, and in any case not under 13.
9. Warranties and liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will list every app, that install-date information supplied by Android will always be accurate, or that it will be free of errors or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, profit or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for AppSwipe Pro, or €50, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights — including the statutory guarantee of conformity for digital content under Directive (EU) 2019/770 — are unaffected.
10. Changes and termination
We may update the app and these Terms. Material changes are announced on this page and, where appropriate, in the app. You may stop using AppSwipe at any time by uninstalling it; see Delete my data.
11. Governing law and complaints
Polish law applies, without depriving you as a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law where you habitually reside. Please raise complaints with us first at contact@crocodata.net. EU consumers may also contact the ECC-Net, or in Poland the local Rzecznik Konsumentów or UOKiK. The EU ODR platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
