Accessibility Statement

Version 1.0 · Effective 26 July 2026 · Covers crocodata.net and the Crocodata mobile apps

What we do to make crocodata.net and our apps usable by everyone, where we currently fall short, and how to tell us about a barrier.

Our commitment

Crocodata sp. z o.o. wants everyone to be able to use our website and our apps, including people who use screen readers, magnification, keyboard-only navigation, switch access or voice control. We treat accessibility as part of the build, not an afterthought.

Standard we aim for

We target WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard referenced by EN 301 549 and by the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882), which has applied to consumer e-commerce services and consumer apps in the EU since 28 June 2025 and is implemented in Poland by the Act on the accessibility of certain products and services.

Current status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA: most of the site meets the standard, and we are working on the remaining items listed below. We have not yet commissioned an independent audit; the assessment below is our own, based on manual keyboard and screen-reader testing and automated checks.

What works today: semantic HTML structure and heading order; text alternatives for meaningful images; keyboard operability of navigation, links and the contact form; visible focus states; responsive layout that reflows to 320 px without loss of content; text that can be resized to 200% without breaking; no motion that cannot be avoided; no content that flashes.

Known gaps we are fixing:

  • Some decorative and product images still need reviewed alternative text.
  • Colour contrast of muted body text on the dark background is being re-measured and raised where it falls under 4.5:1.
  • The language switcher changes content without a full page reload; we are moving each language to its own URL so assistive technology and search engines see the correct lang value.
  • The multi-language legal pages (FotoPost, CleanFotos, AppSwipe) switch language with JavaScript tabs; we are adding proper landmarks and per-section language attributes.
  • Full independent accessibility audit not yet performed.

Our apps

Our Flutter apps use the platform accessibility layers (TalkBack on Android, VoiceOver on iOS), respect the system text-size and bold-text settings, and support reduced-motion preferences. FotoPost, as an e-commerce service, is being reviewed specifically against EN 301 549 before it opens for ordering.

Micro-enterprise position

The European Accessibility Act exempts micro-enterprises (fewer than 10 people and annual turnover or balance sheet total not exceeding €2 million) from its obligations in respect of services. That exemption does not extend to products. We are assessing which of our offerings fall on each side of that line and are choosing to work to the standard regardless, because it is the right outcome for users.

Feedback and enforcement

If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on this site or in our apps, tell us — describe the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use:

contact@crocodata.net

We acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and aim to give you a fix or a workaround within 30 days. If we cannot resolve it, we will explain why and what we plan instead.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the market surveillance authority responsible for accessibility in your EU Member State. In Poland this is handled under the ustawa o zapewnianiu spełniania wymagań dostępności niektórych produktów i usług; the Polish Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON) and the relevant ministry publish the current complaint route.

Review

This statement is reviewed at least annually and whenever the site changes materially. Last reviewed 26 July 2026.
