Website Terms of Use

Version 1.0 · Effective 26 July 2026

The rules for using crocodata.net: what the content is (and is not), what you may do with it, and where you stand legally.

1. Who these terms are with

This website, crocodata.net, is operated by Crocodata sp. z o.o. (KRS 0001241145, NIP 7582407044, REGON 544746646), Warsaw, Poland. Full statutory details are in the Legal Notice. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Our apps have their own terms — FotoPost, Askra, CleanFotos, AppSwipe — and a paid engagement with us is governed by the written contract we sign with you, which prevails over this page.

2. The site is information, not advice

Everything published here — service descriptions, technical claims, articles, FAQs — is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical or professional advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance. Do not act on it without taking advice appropriate to your own circumstances. Descriptions of what we can build are indicative; scope, timelines and price are only ever fixed in a signed contract.

3. Accuracy and availability

We take care to keep the site accurate and current but give no warranty that it is complete, error-free or continuously available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it at any time. Product statuses ("in development", "closed testing", "coming soon") describe our plans at the time of writing and are not commitments to release.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, layout, design, logos, screenshots, product names and source code — is owned by Crocodata sp. z o.o. or its licensors and protected by copyright and trade mark law. Crocodata, FotoPost, Askra, CleanFotos and AppSwipe are our marks, used with ™ as unregistered marks unless shown with ®.

You may view, download and print pages for your own information or to evaluate working with us. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not, without our prior written permission:

  • republish, redistribute or sell our content;
  • use our logos or brand names in a way that suggests affiliation or endorsement;
  • systematically scrape or mirror the site, or use it to build a competing dataset;
  • remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notice.

Third-party names and marks (Apple, App Store, Google, Google Play, Firebase, Gemini, AdMob, Stripe, RevenueCat, Familink, La Poste, Flutter, React) belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Open-source components and their licences are listed on the licences page.

To report infringement of your rights by material on this site, or to request permission, write to contact@crocodata.net with the material concerned, the right you rely on, and your contact details. We act on properly substantiated notices without undue delay.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use this website to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to any connected system, to introduce malicious code, to place unreasonable load on it, or to send us unlawful, abusive or misleading material through the contact form.

6. Links

We link to third-party sites for convenience. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. You may link to our homepage or any public page, provided you do so fairly and do not imply an association that does not exist.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing here excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for intent or gross negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and, outside the EEA, in Regional privacy rights. This site uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.

9. Security

To report a vulnerability, follow our security and vulnerability disclosure policy. Please do not test against production systems in ways that risk other people's data or service availability.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence, and you may bring proceedings in your own courts. Consumers in the EU may seek help from the ECC-Net or, in Poland, from the local Rzecznik Konsumentów or UOKiK. Business disputes are subject to the courts having jurisdiction over our registered office.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you use the site.
