These Terms govern your use of Askra, operated by CROCODATA Sp. z o.o. (Warsaw, Poland; KRS 0001241145, NIP 7582407044, REGON 544746646). By creating an account or checking the in-app agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, you accept this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use Askra.
Askra provides astrology-inspired decision support for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. No professional–client relationship is created. You are solely responsible for your own choices. Do not use Askra as a substitute for qualified professionals for health, legal, financial, or other high-stakes matters. Full detail: Disclaimers.
Responses are generated automatically by an AI model (Google Gemini) and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate for your situation (including “hallucinations”). You must not rely on them for high-risk decisions. Askra is an AI system: answers are machine-generated, not human counselling. Related product safeguards are described on our Disclaimers page.
Crystal descriptions reflect folklore and tradition only. Crystals have no proven physical or medical effects, and nothing in this app is a substitute for professional healthcare. Crystal suggestions are offered as a ritual of reflection.
You must be old enough to use Askra where you live: 16 in the EEA (or the lower age between 13 and 16 set by your Member State), 13 in the United States, 13 in the United Kingdom, and in every case not under 13. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. Astrology and divination apps are restricted or prohibited in some countries; Askra is offered only where it is lawful, and you are responsible for complying with the law where you are.
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or breach of these Terms.
Askra Cosmic is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Google Play and the Apple App Store. The exact price, billing period, any free-trial or introductory terms, and the applicable taxes are always shown on the store purchase screen before you confirm, in your own currency; that screen prevails over any figure quoted elsewhere. Prices differ by country and may change for future billing periods, with advance notice as required by the store and by law.
Merchant of record. Google or Apple, not Crocodata, is the seller for these purchases. Payment is charged to your Google Play account or Apple ID on confirmation of purchase.
Renewal and cancellation. The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Cancel in Play Store → Subscriptions, or on Apple in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for. Deleting your Askra data does not cancel an active subscription — see account deletion.
Refunds. Because the stores are the merchant of record, refund requests go to Google Play or Apple under their published policies. Your statutory rights are unaffected, and we will help where we can — write to contact@crocodata.net.
As a consumer in the EU/EEA you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services, without giving a reason (Art. 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU; in Poland, art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014).
Askra Cosmic gives you access to the paid features immediately on purchase. Under Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (art. 38 pkt 13 of the Polish Act), the right of withdrawal is lost for digital services once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose that right.
By confirming the purchase you expressly request that we begin providing Askra Cosmic immediately, and you acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once we have fully performed. If you would rather keep the withdrawal right, do not confirm the purchase — the free tier remains available.
This clause does not affect your rights if the service is faulty or not as described, nor any more generous refund policy operated by Google or Apple.
Where you obtain Askra from the Apple App Store: this agreement is between you and Crocodata only, not Apple; Apple is not responsible for the app or its content; Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support; in the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation; Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any US Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Askra, the Askra name and logo, app UI, crystal library text, daily reading formats, and other original content are owned by CROCODATA Sp. z o.o. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and applicable trademark law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit our content, branding, or software without prior written permission, except for fair use or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Questions you submit remain yours. You grant us a licence to process them solely to provide and improve the service (including sending them to our AI sub-processor) as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for any decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CROCODATA Sp. z o.o. and its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Askra or reliance on any AI output. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for Askra Cosmic in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) €50. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under Polish or EU consumer law.
You may stop using the app at any time and delete your data as described in Delete account. We may suspend or end access for breach of these Terms or for operational or legal reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence in the EU/EEA. EU consumers may also bring disputes before courts of their place of residence.
Please contact us first at contact@crocodata.net; we acknowledge complaints within 3 business days. If we cannot resolve the matter, consumers in the EU can seek assistance from the European Consumer Centres Network (ECC-Net), and in Poland from the local Powiatowy (Miejski) Rzecznik Konsumentów or UOKiK (uokik.gov.pl). The European Commission's ODR platform closed permanently on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3238 and is no longer available.
We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified in the app and take effect no earlier than 30 days after notice for existing subscribers, who may cancel before they take effect. The version in force when you purchase applies to that billing period.
